TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions on this
site. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your
statutory rights. We may change these terms and conditions at any
time. Any changes will take effect on the date they are posted
onto the site (see date below). You will be agreeing to accept these
terms and conditions when you place an order.
ORDER PROCESS
If you are paying online you will have an opportunity to check and
correct any input errors in your 'Shopping Bag' during the 'Checkout'
process so you can change the quantity of items ordered or remove them. If you
prefer an alternative method of payment just email your order and we'll
send an invoice.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices and charges on this site are in GB pounds. They
include any VAT payable. Prices, offers and products are
subject to availability and change. Pictures are for illustration only.
DELIVERY Postage
& Packing or Delivery charges vary according to your order. The
minimum charge is £4.50 but is capped at a maximum of £23.50. Orders
are usually despatched within one or two working days of receiving
payment. You will be notified by email when orders are
despatched together with your V.A.T. receipt. Normally items are sent by Royal Mail, 1st class for packets up to 2kg,
Parcel post for packets 2-10kg and by Parcelforce carriers for packets
over 10kg. Postage and Packaging charges are for delivery to United Kingdom only. Delivery for large items such as beehives and large honey
extractors to Islands and Highlands is extra. Please email for delivery quotes.
CANCELLED ORDERS & RETURNS To
cancel your order or return for exchange, a request for authorisation
to return, together with the original purchase date or details, must be
made to us by email
within 7 days. Return authorisation will be notified to you by email.
Authorised returns must be unused (in the
same condition as received) and in original packaging and posted by recorded delivery together with the original purchase date or details.
Any damage in transit must be notified to the carriers within 24 hours
or claims cannot be made. Any returns made that are not in accordance
with these conditions will
not be accepted. Return costs and postage and packaging charges are not
refundable and additional postage and packaging charges will be payable
in the case of exchanges. If the return or exchange is due to fault on
our part, of course, all postage and packaging costs will be refunded.
We reserve the right to cancel any orders, for whatever reason. Any payments made will be refunded.
LIVESTOCK
I am a qualified professional bee farmer and bee breeder so all
livestock is checked regularly and immediately before despatch or
collection by me personally. They
may have also been checked by the National Bee Unit Inspector, FERA to
ensure the bees are in good health and suitable for selling. I am happy
to give qualified advice on the care of the bees but I can accept no
responsibility or liability for them after they leave my
hands so livestock is not returnable and orders are not refundable.
