This is the traditional method of hand making candles by dipping wick into molten beeswax. The wood frames are DIY and dip six pairs of candles at a time until they become too big. The frames are designed to split so the dipping can continue three pairs at a time. You can see here how the wax slowly builds to create the familiar tapered candle shape.
BEESWAX is secreted by the bees in the form of minute flakes, which they mould to make their honeycomb and to seal their honey with a cap. These cappings are removed when the honey is extracted and contain the finest beeswax, fresh and full of natural aroma.
